Compass Care is a Belfast-based care provider and care recruitment agency. We started with a simple belief: everyone deserves to stay independent, safe and comfortable in the home they love, supported by carers who turn up on time, know their name and treat them like family.
Alongside home care for families, we supply experienced, vetted care staff to care homes, supported living services and healthcare settings across Northern Ireland, at short notice or on long-term placements.

From a half-hour morning visit to round-the-clock live-in care, every care plan is built with you, your family and your GP or social worker, and reviewed as your needs change.
