About Compass Care
We’re a Belfast care provider and care recruitment agency built on a simple promise: carers who turn up on time, know your name and treat you like family.
Our story
Compass Care grew out of Compass Agencies, a Belfast business that already looked after homes across the city through Compass Cleaning. [Founder name] saw families struggling to find reliable, consistent care for parents and partners, and carers struggling to find employers who valued them. Compass Care was set up to fix both.
Today we provide domiciliary care across Belfast and Greater Belfast, and supply vetted care staff to care homes, supported living and healthcare settings across Northern Ireland. We’re regulated by RQIA, every carer is Access NI checked and NISCC registered, and we’re still small enough to know every client by name.
