What we offer
From a half-hour morning visit to round-the-clock live-in care, every care plan is built with you, your family and your GP or social worker, and reviewed as your needs change.

01 · Home care visits
Regular visits from 30 minutes to several hours a day, as often as you need. Our carers help with personal care, getting up and going to bed, meals, medication prompts, light housework and anything else that keeps you comfortable and independent.
02 · Companionship
Loneliness is a health issue too. Our companionship visits are about company and confidence: a chat over a cup of tea, help getting out to appointments or the shops, a walk in the park, or simply someone to share a crossword with.
We match carers on personality as much as skills, so visits feel like a friend calling round, not a service.

03 · Dementia care
Living with dementia is easier in a familiar place with familiar people. Our dementia-trained carers keep routines steady, communicate patiently and look for the person, not the diagnosis, while giving families regular, honest updates and real peace of mind.
We work alongside your GP, memory clinic and social worker so care at home joins up with everything else.
04 · Live-in & overnight care
A real alternative to residential care. A live-in carer stays in your home to provide support day and night, or we can arrange sleeping or waking night cover alongside daytime visits. Ideal after a hospital stay, for couples who want to stay together, or when needs have become too much for family alone.

05 · Respite care
Whether it’s an afternoon, a weekend or a two-week holiday, we step in so you can step back, knowing your loved one is with someone they’ve met and trust. We’ll follow the routine you’ve built, and we’re happy to arrange a getting-to-know-you visit beforehand.
06 · For care providers
We supply experienced care assistants, senior carers and support workers to care homes, nursing homes, supported living and healthcare settings across Northern Ireland. Cover a single shift tomorrow, or fill a permanent post. Every candidate is interviewed in person, reference-checked, Access NI checked and NISCC registered before they’re offered to you.
Paying for care
Many of our clients fund care privately; others are referred through the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust or use Direct Payments to choose their own provider. We’re happy to explain the options, with no obligation, and to talk to your social worker on your behalf.
Visits start from £[XX] per hour, with live-in care quoted weekly. There are no set-up fees and no long contracts. [Confirm pricing with client.]
Usually within [48 hours] of your assessment, and sooner for urgent hospital discharges.
We assign a small named team to each client so you see the same faces, with cover you’ve already met for holidays and sickness.
